About EstateBlock.com
EstateBlock.com is a real estate search engine for Greater Vancouver and British Columbia. We show every MLS® listing in the region, then add the data most sites leave out: sold prices, school catchments, crime, transit, noise, flood and climate risk, on every single home.
We started in Vancouver in 2013 and are run by Renanza Realty Inc., a licensed BC real estate brokerage at 600-777 Hornby Street. Searching is free and most data needs no login.
What you see on every listing
Every listing page is a full research report. These are real screens from the site.

Founder
Dan Marusin, Associate Broker
Dan Marusin founded EstateBlock.com in Vancouver in 2013, after seeing how much more data buyers in the US got from listing sites than buyers in BC. He spent the first two years collecting school catchment maps from every district, some of them hand-drawn, so that each listing could show which schools serve it.
Dan is a licensed Associate Broker with Renanza Realty Inc. (BCFSA licence 168870). He reviews every EstateBlock guide and calculator, and works with buyers and sellers in English and Russian.
