About Port Moody, BC

Port Moody is a city of 33,535 people at the head of Burrard Inlet, the smallest and most walkable of the Tri-Cities. Since the Evergreen extension of the Millennium Line opened in 2016, with stations at Moody Centre and Inlet Centre, most of the city's listings have been condos around those stations and in the Suter Brook and Newport Village developments. Above the inlet, Heritage Mountain, Heritage Woods and Twin Creeks are detached neighbourhoods of houses built from the 1990s on, and College Park and Glenayre are the older ones near Burnaby. Rocky Point Park, the waterfront trail toward Belcarra, the craft breweries along Murray Street and the Buntzen Lake trails are the reason Port Moody prices sit above Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam for a similar home. Anmore and Belcarra, the two villages north of the inlet, have their own pages on EstateBlock.
