About Cloverdale, Surrey, BC
Cloverdale is the town centre of southeast Surrey, with a historic main street along 176 Street, the Cloverdale Fairgrounds and rodeo, and the newer neighbourhood of Clayton growing to its north. The housing is a mix of older houses on large lots around the old town, newer detached homes and townhouses toward Clayton and 64 Avenue, and a small number of condos near the town centre. It is one of the last parts of Surrey where a detached house with a yard trades at a mid-market price, and the SkyTrain extension will stop at the edge of it.
