Yaletown is the former warehouse district on the north shore of False Creek, rebuilt in the 1990s and 2000s as the city's first master-planned tower neighbourhood. The old brick warehouses along Hamilton and Mainland streets became restaurants; the towers behind them line the seawall and David Lam Park. Nearly every listing is a condo, and the Yaletown–Roundhouse Canada Line station is in the middle of it. Expect strata fees to be higher than average because of the pools, gyms and concierge in most buildings.
