Fairview is the slope between False Creek and 16th Avenue, from Burrard to Cambie, with Granville Island at its foot and the Broadway medical corridor through its middle. Most listings are condos: 1980s and 1990s buildings on the South False Creek seawall, newer mid-rises along Broadway and Cambie, and townhouses on the side streets. It is central to everything, well served by bus today and by the Broadway Subway extension when it opens, and quieter than Yaletown across the water.
