About Mount Pleasant, Vancouver, BC

Mount Pleasant on the east side is the area around Main Street between Broadway and 16th Avenue, Vancouver's centre of breweries, independent shops and restaurants. Most listings are condos and townhouses, from converted warehouses near Main and 2nd to new mid-rise buildings along Broadway and Kingsway, with a few older houses on the side streets. The Broadway Subway extension will add stations at Mount Pleasant and Great Northern Way. It is the east side's most expensive condo market and the one closest to downtown.
