About Silver Valley, Maple Ridge, BC
Silver Valley is the newest neighbourhood in north Maple Ridge, on the slopes above Dewdney Trunk Road toward Golden Ears Provincial Park, built since the 2000s. It is mostly newer detached homes on the hillside with townhouses in the newer phases, and no condos. It has some of the highest house prices in the city because of the newer stock and the park setting.
