About Seafair, Richmond, BC
Seafair is the neighbourhood in west Richmond between Blundell Road and Steveston Highway, from No. 1 Road to the west dyke, with the Seafair shopping centre and the West Richmond Community Centre at its centre. It is almost all detached houses on large lots, many of them newer executive homes, and it has the highest house prices in Richmond outside Steveston's waterfront. The dyke trail and Garry Point Park are a short walk.
