About Albion, Maple Ridge, BC

Albion is the growth area in southeast Maple Ridge between Lougheed Highway and the Fraser River, east of Kanaka Creek, where new subdivisions of detached homes and townhouses have been built since the 2000s. It is mostly newer houses on small lots, with townhouses and no condos, and the Albion Sports Complex and the new elementary schools serve it. It is the main place to buy a new house in Maple Ridge.
