About Promontory, Chilliwack, BC

Promontory is the hillside neighbourhood south of Sardis, above Vedder Road, built since the 1990s on the slopes with views over the Fraser Valley. It is detached houses and townhouses almost entirely, many of them newer and larger than the valley floor, with no condos. It has some of the highest house prices in Chilliwack and the Promontory Heights Elementary and Sardis Secondary catchments.
