Queensborough is the part of New Westminster on Lulu Island, across the Fraser from the downtown, next to Richmond's Hamilton. It is a newer neighbourhood of townhouses, small-lot detached homes and some condos built since the 2000s, with the Queensborough Landing outlet shops and the river dyke trails. It is priced above the mainland's condo districts because of the townhouses and houses, and it has no SkyTrain of its own.
