About Pitt Meadows, BC

Pitt Meadows is a small city of 19,146 people between the Pitt and Fraser rivers, with farmland on three sides and a compact town centre at its heart. It has the fewest listings of any city on the West Coast Express line, split about evenly between houses, townhouses and condos. Central Meadows around the Pitt Meadows train station holds most of the condos; South Meadows and North Meadows are the detached neighbourhoods; Mid Meadows sits between them. The West Coast Express stop and the Golden Ears Bridge give Pitt Meadows the same commuting options as Maple Ridge next door, and the dyke trails along the rivers, Pitt Lake and the Pitt-Addington Marsh are the local attractions. Because the city is hemmed in by the agricultural land reserve, new supply is limited and listings move quickly.
