About Bear Creek Green Timbers, Surrey, BC
Bear Creek Green Timbers is the neighbourhood between Bear Creek Park and the Green Timbers Urban Forest, from 88 Avenue to 100 Avenue around 140 Street. It is mostly detached houses on larger lots, with the Surrey Memorial Hospital at its western edge and the forest trails at its eastern. The Surrey–Langley SkyTrain extension's first new station, Green Timbers at 140 Street and Fraser Highway, will be inside the neighbourhood, which has already started to change the prices along the highway.
