Nordel is the North Delta neighbourhood along Nordel Way between Scott Road and the river, around the Nordel Crossing shopping centre and Seaquam Secondary. It is almost entirely detached houses on large lots, many rebuilt, with a handful of townhouses near Scott Road. The Alex Fraser Bridge and Highway 91 make it the fastest part of Delta to reach Richmond and Vancouver by car.
