Grandview Heights is the South Surrey neighbourhood east of 152 Street around 24 Avenue, the area the city has planned for most of its new growth south of the highway. The housing is new: townhouses and detached homes built in the last fifteen years around the Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre and Morgan Crossing, with condos appearing along 24 Avenue.
