About Brighouse South, Richmond, BC

Brighouse South is the older residential area south of the city centre, between Granville Avenue and Blundell Road around Minoru Park and Richmond Hospital. It is mostly 1970s to 1990s low-rise condos and townhouses, with some newer buildings near the hospital, and it has the lowest condo prices in central Richmond. The Brighouse Canada Line station and Richmond Centre are a short walk north.
